By using the AutoCortex AI mobile application you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AutoCortex AI provides AI-assisted vehicle diagnostics based on the photos and descriptions you submit. Results are generated automatically by artificial intelligence.

2. Advisory Only — Not Professional Advice

Analyses are informational estimates, not professional mechanical advice. Always consult a certified mechanic before making repair decisions or driving a potentially unsafe vehicle. We accept no liability for decisions made based on app results, including repair costs, vehicle damage or personal injury.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the app.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The free tier includes one lifetime analysis. Paid plans provide monthly analysis quotas as described in the app.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled in your device's subscription settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not submit unlawful, offensive or irrelevant content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, including circumventing usage limits.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding and its software remain our property. You retain rights to the photos you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
